Steve is one of the founders of Grifo Developments and is also currently chairman of Key Group the largest Later Life Lending firm in the UK, Retirement Bridge, an Equity Release run off vehicle and Mobius Life, an Insurance Company. Previously Steve was the Group CEO of FTSE250 Partnership Group PLC, an insurance company which he founded in 2005 and listed in 2013 for £1.6bn. A qualified actuary, Steve has experience across a range of industries including Care Homes, Property and Financial Services. He started Grifo Developments because he saw a clear need for a high quality rental company that provided a professional service and well managed purpose built rental accommodation. In his spare time he runs, watches cricket and enjoys (well he enjoys it most of the time but says it can get exasperating) restoring obscure classic cars!” -

Matthew has considerable real estate investment and development experience and is responsible for Land, Development, Funding and Management of the business. Having previously built and sold a residential-led mixed-use estate to a local authority on a managed lease-back, and brokered a number of other private public joint ventures, he is experienced in cradle to grave projects across a wide range of use classes including BTR, PBSA, F&B and Retail. In 2018, he wrote the first of its kind paper titled ‘How can SME property companies compete with institutionally backed BTR providers”, for which he received an Executive MBA Distinction with University of Plymouth. Joining Grifo Developments meant that Matthew could bring his theory and experience to life with like a like-minded and well-resourced team. Away from the office (or building site), he enjoys racing cars, clay shooting, playing squash and time spent with family. -
